Telephone and Video link counselling

At the moment I am offering phone therapy. This is particularly relevant at the moment due to coronavirus pandemic. I have been offering phone therapy for a number of years and received training in this modality of counselling. It can be a highly effective form of counselling.  

I am also offering Video link counselling. They work in very much in the same way as face-face counselling in relation to arranging regular sessions. They can be both short and longer term.
